Through creative consulting grounded in justice, strategy, and imagination, I support projects that move us toward collective liberation.

I don’t believe traditional workplaces or solutions are the only way to go. The way I work reflects the results I get: flexible, creative, rooted in flow, and responsive to the world we’re living in. I design systems and strategies that are built for people, for complexity, and for real-life momentum.
